„XINGYU“ INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX
The Chinese company Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems, a leading designer and manufacturer of LED lighting for the automotive sector, decided to build its production and business complex in the Niš industrial zone.
Konstruktor had the great pleasure of acting as the general contractor and successfully delivering this project.
About the project
The 47,000 m² complex was constructed in just 12 months following the highest quality standards.
Konstruktor, as general contractor, proudly completed this demanding task.
The complex includes: a production and office building with a canopy, a restaurant building with a canteen and business apartments, a flammable materials warehouse, a waste storage facility, a smoking shelter and gatehouse, a distribution substation, a billboard, and a retention basin.
Under a “turnkey” and “design and build” contract, Konstruktor was responsible for all architectural and construction works, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations, interior finishing works, as well as complete landscaping and external development of the complex.
