LIDL MLADENOVAC, RETAIL FACILITY

The Mladenovac retail facility, with a surface area of 2,340 m² and an additional 9,000 m² of outdoor landscaping, was completed simultaneously with the Surčin location on March 31st, 2021.

Compared to other Lidl retail projects executed by Konstruktor (such as those in Vršac, Obrenovac, and Zemun), these two locations presented more demanding engineering challenges.

At the Mladenovac site, the foundation pit protection was carried out using over 180 piles of varying depths, with an excavation depth exceeding 12 meters. The project was executed during the winter season, further adding to the complexity.

Konstruktor acted as the general contractor under a turnkey agreement, responsible for all architectural and construction works, HVAC, plumbing, electrical installations, interior finishing, and site development works.
