“KLP” LOGISTICS CENTER, PHASE III
The KLP complex, known for its unique architectural identity and multifunctional purpose, was expanded with the construction of the KLP 3 facility, with a total area of 10,350 m², successfully completed in May 2022.
About the project
KLP 1 was built in 2019, followed shortly by KLP 2 in early 2020. The third facility – KLP 3, recognizable by its green facade – was completed in May 2022, constructed following the same high-quality Class A industrial standards.
Konstruktor, as the general contractor, carried out all architectural and civil engineering works, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical installations, interior finishing, and landscaping and site development, under a “design and build” and “turnkey” contract model, ensuring full alignment with the overall functionality and aesthetic of the complex.
