Magna – Phase II Project, Aleksinac

The cooperation with the Canadian investor Magna Seating began in 2019 with the construction of the first phase of the project — a factory spanning 8,500 m², along with 17,000 m² of landscaped exterior area.

About the project

Konstruktor was honored to once again be entrusted by this renowned global company with the role of general contractor for the second phase of the project in Aleksinac, implemented in 2023.

An additional 4,000 m² of production space was constructed, following the same “turnkey” principle as in Phase I.

Konstruktor was again responsible for all architectural and construction works, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations, interior finishing works, and the complete landscaping and external works.

The successful and ongoing collaboration with respected international investors continues to be a key characteristic of the Konstruktor Group’s identity.
