The largest retail park in Leskovac

Lesko Retail Park is the largest retail complex in Leskovac and is the result of an investment by the Leskodrvo company.
The facility was designed and implemented as a modern retail park with 28 separate stores and a total sales area of12,000 m².

About the project

The construction of the building was carried out according to the “shell & core” principle, which means that the commercial building was completed up to the stage of the supporting structure, external walls and roof, with installed basic installations (electricity, water, vertical communications), while the finishing works and interior decoration were left to the tenants, so that they could adapt the space to their own needs.

The company Konstruktor had the privilege of being the main contractor on this important project.
