The facility was delivered on a turnkey basis. Our project team defined the investor’s needs through the main design and carried out the construction across all project phases.
About the project
The complex consists of a production hall and an office building. The structure is based on a steel construction.
Konstruktor was engaged as the general contractor, under a turnkey contract, responsible for the design and execution of all architectural and construction works, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations, as well as all interior finishing works and landscaping across the complex.
