TERMOVENT

For the Belgrade-based company Termovent, a new production hall was constructed within the existing production facility in Kladovo.

The project was successfully completed within a 7-month timeframe.

About the project

The primary objective of the investor was to ensure that construction works would not interrupt the ongoing production process in the existing halls.

Konstruktor was honored to be entrusted as the general contractor to carry out this task in full compliance with the requirements of the successful domestic company Termovent.

Konstruktor executed all architectural and construction works, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations, as well as all interior finishing and craft works, including landscaping and external surface development within the complex.
