STOP SHOP Sremska Mitrovica

The STOP SHOP Sremska Mitrovica facility is part of the international retail park network of the renowned STOP SHOP brand, owned by the Austrian company IMMOFINANZ.

The construction of this complex was entrusted to Konstruktor, which once again took over the full implementation of the project.

About the project

The construction of five STOP SHOP retail parks — in Niš, Valjevo, Lazarevac, Vršac, and Sremska Mitrovica — was entrusted to Konstruktor, which acted as the general contractor, delivering all projects on a turnkey basis.

The complexes include commercial and technical spaces, as well as public utility buildings, and are divided into three separate fire protection zones. Each park also features a 24-meter-high advertising pylon and an on-site transformer station.

The structural system is based on prefabricated concrete cup foundations, columns, beams, and parapet girders.
The front façades are a combination of glass-aluminum curtain walls and sandwich panels, while the side façades are fully clad with sandwich panels.
The roof structure consists of metal sheeting, mineral wool insulation, and a PVC membrane.

Konstruktor was engaged as the general contractor under a turnkey contract and successfully completed all architectural and construction works, as well as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations, interior finishing works, and complete landscaping of all five complexes.
