NAPREDAK AD – stable for cows

The construction of a state-of-the-art cow barn was carried out under the “design and build” and “turnkey” system, in cooperation between the companies Konstruktor and Napredak AD. The facility spans a total gross area of 7,650 m².

About the project

The facility was designed as an integrated unit with a total capacity to accommodate 704 dairy cows.
Its rectangular layout measures 136.80 x 55.79 meters, with a building height of 12 meters.

The primary structure consists of a steel frame.

The facility is equipped with electrical and hydrotechnical installations and was designed based on a technological layout that fully meets the latest standards in modern cattle farming.

Konstruktor acted as the general contractor, under a turnkey agreement, responsible for all architectural and construction works, thermal engineering, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, and interior finishing works.
