Minth Loznica
The construction of this demanding industrial complex began in mid-2019. We are extremely proud of the success achieved by Konstruktor’s outstanding team, which completed the entire project within three years as the general contractor.
About the project
The Minth industrial complex consists of a production zone, warehouse, technical block, and office space, developed in five phases.
The collaboration with the renowned investor Minth was a great honor and an opportunity for sincere gratitude for the trust placed in Konstruktor.
Konstruktor was engaged to construct the production, storage, administrative, and technical facilities in the Šepak industrial zone in Loznica:
- Phase I: 01.04.2019 – 01.04.2020, surface area: 67,000 m²
- Phase II: 01.05.2020 – 01.04.2021, surface area: 45,000 m²
- Phase III: 22.06.2021 – 30.06.2022, surface area: 47,000 m²
- Phase IV: 09.07.2021 – 10.07.2022, surface area: 26,000 m²
- Phase V: 20.07.2022 – 31.05.2023, surface area: 12,000 m²
Technical Characteristics:
- Structure: Main load-bearing structure made of prefabricated reinforced concrete frames
- Façade: Horizontal sandwich panels with high thermal insulation
- Roof: A Layered system with a waterproof membrane as the final layer
- Materials: Premium-grade building materials following the highest quality standards
As a general contractor, under a “turnkey” and “design and build” contract, Konstruktor was responsible for obtaining permits and executing all architectural and civil works, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical installations, interior finishing works, and landscaping of the entire complex.
