Konstruktor signed a “turnkey” contract for the construction works. During the process, the strictest food production standards required by PepsiCo were followed, with a special emphasis on all finishing work.

A key highlight of this project was the largest floor installation ever performed in Serbia at the time, using the SIKAFLOOR 20N PURCEM system by the Swiss manufacturer Sika, which remains the highest standard in this field.

The facility was also equipped with roof and rack sprinkler systems built to FM standards.

Konstruktor acted as the general contractor, executing all architectural and construction works, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations, interior finishing, and complete site landscaping.
