Konstruktor acted as the general contractor, delivering the project on a “turnkey” basis, which included both detailed design and full execution of works. The factory spans 8,500 m², with 17,000 m² of exterior landscaping and infrastructure.

Successful and long-term cooperation with renowned investors has become a defining feature of the Konstruktor Group’s identity. The company expressed particular pride in the opportunity to collaborate with its new client, the Canadian-based Magna company.

As the general contractor under a turnkey contract, Konstruktor was responsible for all architectural and construction works, HVAC, plumbing and electrical installations, interior finishing works, as well as all landscaping and site development for the complex.
