Logistics center Proteam in Dobanovci

The gross building area is 4,300 m², with office space occupying approximately 170 m². The contract also included the construction of an access road with a gross surface area of around 4,800 m².

The warehouse floor was elevated above the surrounding terrain level. On the west and east sides, a total of seven loading/unloading docks were designed for trucks and semitrailers. The surrounding area was paved with concrete paving blocks (behaton). The facility includes staff rooms and toilets, as well as a charging room for forklifts with gel batteries.

The main load-bearing structure is made of prefabricated reinforced concrete. The roof is a double-pitched sandwich roof system. Rainwater drainage was solved using a vacuum drainage system (Pluvia). The floor slab of the warehouse was made of fiber-reinforced concrete, and the facade consists of horizontal thermal insulation sandwich panels, 12 cm thick. The site is enclosed by 2-meter-high wire panel fencing.

Konstruktor served as the general contractor on this turnkey project, responsible for the design and execution of all architectural and structural works, as well as HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations, finishing interior works, and external landscaping of the complex.
