Lidl Vršac, retail space

Following the highly successful completion of the modern 15,000 m² Lidl office building in Stara Pazova, executed by Konstruktor as general contractor under a turnkey contract, another project was signed and delivered: a 2,550 m² retail facility with 5,560 m² of exterior landscaping.

About the project

Konstruktor was honored to once again be selected by the renowned German retail chain Lidl to construct this retail facility, successfully delivering it according to the highest quality standards.

This successful collaboration and repeat engagement are part of Konstruktor’s business strategy, built on trust and proven performance.

The skeletal structure of the building was constructed using prefabricated concrete elements. The roof system was layered, consisting of trapezoidal sheet metal, PIR thermal insulation, and an FPO membrane.
The façade was a contact type, enhanced by a canopy made of Alu Bond panels.

Premium materials from renowned manufacturers were used throughout the project, including Wienerberger, Schüco, Bauder, Mapei, Marazzi, Philips, and others.

The construction timeline for the entire facility was six months.

Konstruktor acted as the general contractor, responsible for all architectural and civil works, HVAC, plumbing and electrical installations, interior finishing, and complete landscaping and site development, under a turnkey contract.
