Lidl Obrenovac, retail space

Following the successful construction of Lidl’s modern business facility (15,000 m²) in Stara Pazova and the retail store in Vršac, Konstruktor, as the general contractor, completed the Lidl retail facility in Obrenovac.

About the project

A contract was signed and successfully executed for the construction of the Lidl retail facility in Obrenovac, with a building area of 2,550 m² and 5,000 m² of outdoor landscaping.

The structural system was made of prefabricated reinforced concrete elements, while the roof consisted of trapezoidal metal sheets, PIR thermal insulation, and an FPO waterproof membrane.
The façade was a contact system, enhanced with an Alu Bond canopy.

Premium materials were used throughout the project, including Wiener Berger, Schüco, Bauder, Mapei, Marazzi, Philips, and others.

The construction timeline for the entire facility was six months.

Konstruktor was honored to once again be selected by the renowned German retail chain Lidl as general contractor under the turnkey model, and to successfully complete the project while meeting the highest standards of quality.

The investor’s repeated engagement confirmed Konstruktor’s business strategy and commitment to excellence.

Konstruktor executed all architectural and construction works, HVAC, plumbing, electrical installations, interior finishing, and site development.
