LIDL BEOGRAD, retail space

Following the successful completion of a modern 15,000 m² office building for Lidl in Stara Pazova, along with retail spaces in Vršac and Obrenovac, Konstruktor was once again contracted to build a fourth project for this renowned German investor.

About the project

On February 1st, 2019, Konstruktor Group began construction at a new location in Tošin Bunar Street, Belgrade, building a 2,550 m² retail facility, with an additional 4,300 m² of outdoor landscaping and infrastructure.

Konstruktor expressed pride in once again being selected by Lidl, the German retail giant, to deliver a turnkey construction project within a 6-month timeframe, adhering to the highest quality standards.

This repeated engagement was a confirmation of Konstruktor’s strong and reliable business performance and aligned with the company’s long-term strategic partnership approach.

As in previous Lidl projects, Konstruktor served as the general contractor, responsible for all architectural and construction works, as well as mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (MEP), interior finishing, and site development works, under a turnkey agreement.
