KONSTRUKTOR CONSULTING

The production complex of Konstruktor Konsalting, located in Rakovica, Belgrade, consists of an administrative building, a main production hall, and a preparation hall. A dedicated transformer substation was also built within the complex.

About the project

Konstruktor acted as the general contractor, responsible for the design and execution of all architectural and civil works, as well as mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical installations, interior finishing works, and all site development activities, delivered under a comprehensive turnkey contract.
