The facility was designed to provide functional high-capacity warehouse spaces with accompanying office units, as well as a flexible layout divisible into 10 modules.

The facility meets FM GLOBAL and LEED construction standards, and belongs to the Class A category of modern industrial buildings, characterized by high energy efficiency and the use of premium branded materials.

It is located in a prime position, right next to the E-70 highway, near the Šimanovci toll gate at the western entrance to Belgrade.

The architectural design is defined by a dynamic and minimalist form, symbolizing the speed and efficiency of modern logistics operations and contemporary lifestyles.

Konstruktor, as the general contractor, carried out all architectural and structural works, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical installations, interior finishing works, and all site development and landscaping works, under a turnkey contract.
