Kalman I
The Kalman logistics and distribution center consists of a warehouse building with an area of 3,000 m², an administrative building with two floors (G+1) and a total area of 300 m², and a canopy structure covering an area of 700 m².
Konstruktor was the general contractor for this project.
About the project
Konstruktor was engaged as the general contractor, under a turnkey agreement, for the execution of all architectural and construction works, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations, interior finishing, as well as all works related to site development and landscaping of the complex.
