During the realization of the project, the main priority was a short execution timeframe while ensuring the uninterrupted operation of the existing production line.

Thanks to precise planning, the relocation of the equipment and compressor unit was executed without a single interruption in the production process.

Konstruktor was engaged as the general contractor, under a turnkey agreement, for the execution of all architectural and construction works, as well as HVAC, plumbing, electrical installations, interior finishing, and external landscaping and site development.
