IPB – Industrial Park Belgrade
The facility IPB – Building 1, located in the industrial zone of Šimanovci, is the first warehouse and distribution center within the Industrial Park Belgrade.
Konstruktor executed works on the foundation system, steel structure fabrication and assembly, roofing, façade works, as well as aluminum and fire-resistant joinery.
About the project
The facility was designed as a single storage unit with an administrative section.
The building consists of a ground floor and one upper level (G+1).
Konstruktor Konsalting carried out works on the foundation system, production and installation of the steel structure, roof covering, façade installation, as well as aluminum and fire-resistant (PP) joinery.
