Indomie

The first industrial and administrative facility in Serbia dedicated to the production of dehydrated noodles was developed by Indoadriatic Industry and is located in the industrial zone of Šimanovci. Konstruktor was engaged in the project as the general contractor.

About the project

The facility was designed as a single, cube-shaped structure, composed of five independent functional units: a raw material intake area, production area, day-to-day distribution warehouse, administrative section, and a block of technical rooms.

The dimensions of the facility were 30.0 x 144.0 meters, with a ridge height of 10.0 meters. During the design phase, particular attention was paid to aligning the architectural concept with the complex technological processes and equipment involved in the production of dehydrated noodles.

Konstruktor was engaged as the general contractor under a turnkey contract, responsible for the design and execution of all architectural and construction works, as well as HVAC, plumbing and electrical installations, interior finishing, and all landscaping and site development works across the complex.
