The production complex consisted of three independent units: a production facility with a warehouse (18,390.00 m²), including production offices and a canteen (4,800.00 m²); an administrative block (1,480.00 m²); and a technical block (2,610.00 m²). The total built area amounted to 27,280.00 m², with an additional 30,000.00 m² of outdoor landscaping.

The structural system of the production facility was a combination of steel and reinforced concrete load-bearing elements – prefabricated reinforced concrete columns of 10 m height, on a 12×36 m grid, with trussed steel roof structure. The hall featured a three-span configuration with spans of 3×36 m. The roof was built using a layered roofing system, while the façade was made of thermal insulation sandwich panels and appropriate aluminum joinery.

The administrative building was constructed using prefabricated RC columns and beams, TT prefabricated RC floor panels, and a steel roof structure. Its façade was designed as a ventilated façade system – Aquapanel mounted on an aluminum substructure. The main façade was a semi-structural curtain wall, equipped with a fully automated Colt glass rotation system, integrated into the Building Management System (BMS) used throughout the complex.

The entire complex was equipped with modern building systems – mechanical sprinkler systems, air conditioning, ventilation, heating and cooling systems, overhead electrical distribution systems, as well as fire protection, video surveillance, and remote control of all systems, fully integrated within the Building Management System (BMS) and Building Information System (BIS).

Konstruktor was engaged on this project as the general contractor, under a turnkey agreement, for the execution of all architectural and construction works, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations, interior finishing works, and all tasks related to landscaping and exterior works.
