About the project

The construction has been divided into Zelena Avenija 1 (Phase I and II), with a surface area of 20,000 m², and Zelena Avenija 2, which marks the beginning of a new complex with an area of 15,000 m².

All apartments are designed to provide maximum space efficiency, functionality, and optimal daylight, built according to the highest quality standards.

Due to strong market demand for apartments in the “Zelena Avenija” complex, the investor MONTEX MK-DK Invest once again entrusted Konstruktor as the general contractor for the construction of this new 15,000 m² complex. This continuation of collaboration reaffirms Konstruktor’s status as a renowned and reliable residential contractor, having successfully completed the entire Zelena Avenija 1 complex.

Konstruktor was engaged as the general contractor, under a “turnkey” agreement, for the execution of all architectural and structural works, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations, interior finishing works, as well as the entire landscaping and exterior works for the residential complex.
