Green Avenue 1 (Phase II)

The construction of the complex is divided into two phases. In Phase I, Building A (blocks L1, L2, and L3) was completed. Phase II, covering Building B (blocks L4 and L5), is currently in progress and nearing completion.

Konstruktor was contracted as the general contractor, under a “turnkey” agreement, responsible for the execution of all architectural and structural works, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations, interior finishing, as well as the complete landscaping of the residential complex.
