Green Avenue 1 (Phase I)

The construction of the complex is divided into two phases:

• Phase I includes the construction of Building A (blocks L1, L2, and L3),
• Phase II will include Building B (blocks L4 and L5).

Each block will have 4,000 m² of usable space, distributed across a basement, ground floor, six upper floors, and attic, totaling 20,000 m² across all five blocks.

All apartments are characterized by maximum space efficiency, functionality, and excellent natural lighting.
Special attention was paid to the selection of finishing materials to ensure high living standards. High-quality aluminum-wood joinery with shutters is used for both interior and exterior windows and doors. Sanitary fixtures, floor and wall coverings, and HVAC systems were installed using products from reputable suppliers, all accompanied by relevant material certificates.

The external walls are designed as multi-layer brick sandwich façades, with thermal insulation and colored plaster finishes.

The entire building is being constructed in full compliance with current energy efficiency regulations and will be delivered with a valid energy performance certificate.

Konstruktor was engaged as the general contractor, under a “turnkey” agreement, responsible for the execution of all architectural and construction works, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical installations, interior finishing works, and the complete landscaping of the complex.
