Foundry Radijator

Konstruktor successfully carried out the reconstruction and expansion of the “Radijator” foundry in Zrenjanin, including the construction of two new halls and the adaptation of production spaces within the existing foundry hall.

About the project

Two new halls were completed as part of the project:

A 20 m high sand preparation hall, founded on 20 m deep bored piles
An 18 m high cleaning hall

Within the existing foundry building, a new molding area was created, which included reconstruction and construction of platforms at elevation +7.2 m for the installation of a new Disamatic production line, and additional platforms at elevations +4.0 m and +13.6 m for conveyors.

The foundation for the Disamatic machine was built on 15 m deep mega piles.
