Distributive Center of ERG company

Konstruktor signed a contract with ERG, the general distributor for the well-known home appliance brand Vox Electronics in Serbia, for the design and construction of a warehouse facility with associated office spaces (located on the building’s first floor) in Šimanovci. The project was successfully completed.

About the project

Konstruktor was contracted as the general contractor under a turnkey agreement, responsible for the design and execution of all architectural and civil works, HVAC (mechanical), hydraulic, and electrical installations, interior finishing works, as well as for all works related to the landscaping and external site development of the complex.
