DAIRY COMPANY ’Milkraft Leche’ – First phase

The dairy facility is a freestanding monovolume structure, with ground floor + one level (G+1), situated within a parcel that is part of a larger development. The net area of the building is 4,501 m², functionally divided into three segments: production, administrative, and technical.

The production section includes all zones that follow the complete technological process—from milk reception to product dispatch—accompanied by storage areas, laboratories, changing rooms, toilets, and other service spaces.
The administrative section consists of an entrance hall with a staircase, offices, a meeting room, and an employee restaurant.

The technical block houses mechanical and electrical installations.

Konstruktor was contracted as the general contractor, under a turnkey agreement, responsible for executing all architectural and civil works, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations, interior finishing works, as well as complete landscaping of the complex.
