The first factory of the Chaundhry Group in Europe was dedicated to the production of its globally recognized brand – instant noodles – using production technology originating from Nepal. The majority of the output was aimed at the Russian and European markets, as well as the Balkans.

All activities on this project were divided into two phases.

The first phase included the design and construction of the main business-production building and a technical facility. The total net area of both buildings was 6,291.29 m².

The second phase planned the construction of another business-production building identical to the one in the first phase.
The business-production facility was designed as an integrated unit with a gross building area (GBA) of 6,036.35 m², measuring 36.60 x 145.00 m. The business section of the building included a ground floor and one upper floor, while the production area was single-storey.
The technical building, intended for the compressor station and boiler room, had a total area of 254.94 m² and dimensions of 16.03 x 17.98 m, and was also a single-storey structure.

The façade cladding was executed using horizontal thermal-insulation panels by Brucha. Part of the business façade was clad with K-bond panels. Interior partition walls were designed using gypsum board systems with metal substructures and mineral wool insulation. Exterior and interior joinery was made of aluminum profiles, with or without thermal breaks, depending on the position in the building, and following energy efficiency requirements.
The building was designed in compliance with all applicable fire protection regulations.

The project also included landscaping and external site development over an area of 43,196.55 m², comprising roads, parking lots, landscaped and natural green zones.

The finishing layer of roads, parking areas, and sidewalks was executed in vibro-pressed concrete pavers (behaton).

Konstruktor took particular pride in this project, as it perfectly aligned with the company’s long-term strategy of successful cooperation with renowned international investors.

Konstruktor was contracted as the general contractor under a turnkey agreement, responsible for the design and execution of all architectural and civil works, mechanical (HVAC), hydraulic, and electrical installations, interior fit-out works, as well as for the entire landscaping and external infrastructure.
