CBT 2

The successful collaboration continued in 2014 with the signing of a turnkey design and build agreement for a new distribution warehouse located in the settlement of Vrčin, near Belgrade. The facility comprises a high-rack warehouse and an administrative section.

In line with the business operations of CBT (formerly Moskomerc), a company specialized in the import and distribution of state-of-the-art white goods and home appliances, the building was designed and constructed according to the most modern architectural standards.

An attractive combination of curtain wall glazing, aluminum composite K-bond panels, and eco-friendly BRUCHA insulated panels contributed to the facility’s distinctive quality and visual appeal compared to other buildings of similar purpose within the industrial zone.

The building complies with principles of energy efficiency and adheres to the highest standards of construction quality.

All traffic surfaces were executed using vibro-pressed concrete pavers (behaton), following LEED environmental standards.

Konstruktor served as the general contractor on this turnkey project, responsible for the design and execution of all architectural and structural works, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical installations, interior finishing works, as well as all landscaping and exterior site development.
