Building 1, as the most prominent structure, posed significant design and structural challenges due to its irregular ellipsoidal shape and three canopies. The main structural elements of Building 1 consisted of steel profiles (columns, primary and secondary beams).
The structure of Canopy 1 was a steel frame, supported by inclined steel columns. In the section where it extended over the main structure, it rested on the perimeter columns.

Canopy No. 2 featured an ellipsoidal shape and sloped along the longitudinal axis of the building.

Canopy No. 3 was designed as a circular segment and maintained a constant height of 3.60 meters.

Canopies 2 and 3 had a cantilevered Vierendeel-type structure on each façade column, with transverse beams. The roof was a layered system consisting of trapezoidal steel sheeting, thermal insulation, and a waterproof membrane. The façade was built using prefabricated sandwich panels from Brucha, Austria, combined with large glass surfaces.

Buildings 6, 7, and 8 were freestanding units within the complex. Initially planned to have identical purposes, shapes, and areas, these buildings underwent some changes during the design phase. However, all three retained key design elements that connected them — large glazed surfaces, aluminum composite cladding (Alucobond) on canopies, and concrete walls acting as perimeter dividers.

Konstruktor was engaged as the general contractor under a turnkey agreement, responsible for the design and execution of all architectural and structural works, HVAC, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, interior finishing works, and complete landscaping and site development of the complex.
