Alucommerce system
The business and warehouse complex consists of three units: an administrative building, an aluminum profile warehouse, and a production facility for aluminum structures. The administrative building is a ground-plus-one-floor structure (G+1), and Konstruktor was engaged as the general contractor for this project.
About the project
Konstruktor acted as the general contractor under a turnkey agreement, responsible for the execution of all architectural and structural works, HVAC, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, interior finishing works, and all landscaping and exterior works across the complex — excluding the glass façade and Alubond cladding, which were installed independently by the investor, one of the leading domestic manufacturers of such systems in Serbia.
