Phase three of the “KLP” logistics center in Šimanovci has oficially been completed.
The complex is 40,000 m2 in size, according to its technical and location standards it belongs to class “A” of modern industrial facilities. All three facilities were built according to the turnkey system, design and build, as well as according to FM Global and LEED standards, by the Konstruktor, the general contractor.
In an attractive location, next to the E70 highway in the Šimanovci industrial zone, with its excellent architectural design, the KLP complex, in addition to its high functionality, also represents an aesthetic shift of logistics centers in Serbia, and we are extremely pleased to be building this great project.
