A cooperation Agreement was signed between the leading household equipment trade chain – Lesnina XXXLutz and Konstruktor for the construction of the Trade and Logistics Center.
Retail and storage areas are planned within the Trade and Logistics Center. A retail area, offices for employees and reception of customers, an area for goods pick up, separate sanitary facilities for customers and employees are planned at the Ground Floor. The First Floor is for the most part dedicated to retail space, with a space for employees, a rest area and a sanitary block. The Second Floor is dedicated to rack storage of goods.
The 31,000 m² Trade and Logistic Center will be built within 10 months, based on the “turnkey” solution.
The XXXLutz Group has over 320 Sales Centers in 13 European countries, with more than 25,700 employees and is the second largest furniture retailer in the World. Therefore, an important task is ahead of us to justify high expectations.
