Engineering Services

The “design and build” project delivery model is one of the most widely used in the global construction industry today, as it allows the Investor to communicate with a single point of contact throughout the entire process.

Thanks to its developed infrastructure and internal capacities, Konstruktor minimizes risks for the Investor, assumes full responsibility, and delivers the project across all phases.

Following the “design and build” principle, Konstruktor has successfully completed over 100 buildings to date.

Production Complexes

Grundfos

The collaboration with the Danish investor Grundfos began in 2012 with the construction of their first industrial complex in Inđija, covering 27,000 m². It was also the largest greenfield investment in Serbia that year.

Following phases 1, 2, 3, and 4 — which included nine buildings totaling 182,000 m² — a fifth phase of 11,000 m² has been contracted and is scheduled for completion in May 2023.

LIDL office building

Under a turnkey contract, Konstruktor built a state-of-the-art office building for the renowned international investor Lidl from Germany, in full compliance with the highest quality standards.

Xingyu Automotive Lighting Systems, a leading Chinese company specializing in the design and production of LED lighting for the automotive industry, will establish its production and office complex in the industrial zone of Niš, Republic of Serbia.

Under a "turnkey" and "design and build" agreement, the construction of a production and storage facility was contracted for the company Knjaz Miloš, a renowned manufacturer of mineral water, non-alcoholic, and energy drinks.

Retail Parks

Stop Shop Lazarevac

The STOP SHOP Lazarevac facility was the fourth retail unit in the STOP SHOP chain in Serbia, financed by the Austrian company IMMOFINANZ. Following the successful completion of retail parks in Niš and Valjevo, the construction of the Lazarevac facility was also entrusted to Konstruktor, following the turnkey model.
