STOP SHOP Vrsac building complex is a retail park of the international STOP SHOP chain, owned by the Austrian Real Estate company IMMOFINANZ.
The construction of five STOP SHOPs (Nis, Valjevo, Lazarevac, Vrsac and Sremska Mitrovica) was trusted to Konstruktor company, general contractor, according to “turn-key” system.
STOP SHOP Retail Park is building in “L” shape, consisting of 2 separated buildings (A & B) with dilatation in between. Buildings are consisting from commercial part, technical part and public facilities. Building is divided in 3 separated fire protection sectors. Advertisement pylon (24m) and transformer station are part of retail park.
Construction system consists of prefabricated concrete cups, columns, girders, parapet beams and purlins. Front façade is combination of glass – aluminum façade and sandwich panels. Back and side façades are closed with sandwich panels. Roof is combination of metal sheet, rock wool and PVC membrane.
On this project, Konstruktor is engaged as a general contractor, according to the "turnkey" contract, on the execution of all architectural-construction works, thermotechnical, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, interior finishing works, as well as all landscaping and traffic works of the complex.
