The first production-business facility for the production of dehydrated noodles in Serbia whose Investor is Indoadriatic Industry, located in the Šimanovci industrial zone.

The facility is designed as a unique unit of a proper, cube shape which consists of five independent functional units: raw materials delivery section, manufacture, daily-distribution warehouse, management section as well as a technical rooms block. Facility’s dimensions are 30.0x144.0m, and the height of ridges is 10.0m. When designing the facility special care as given to the compliance of the architectural design with the complex technological processes and plants for the manufacturing process of dehydrated noodles.

On this project, Konstruktor is engaged as a general contractor, according to the "turnkey" contract, for design and build of all architectural-construction works, thermotechnical, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, interior finishing works, as well as all landscaping and traffic works of the complex.
