Property Stop.Shop. Valjevo is the third facility of trade chain Stop.Shop in Serbia, the construction of which is invested by Austrian company IMMOFINANZ Group. Two Stop.Shop retail parks in Nis and Valjevo have been entrusted by IMMOFINANZ Group to company Konstruktor by "turnkey" system. Konstruktor almost simultaneously executes both facilities. The facility in Valjevo is located in the city center, between the bus and railway station.

Complex in Valjevo by its structure is organized as a retail park, with 19 separate offices of a total retail space of 6161.38 m². The facility was designed as a ground orthogonal linear J-shaped facility, of pronounced horizontality, which is suitable for facilities of such purposes. Each office is accessed directly over the front terrace - parking for cars, with adequate pedestrian routes. The project includes the construction of an advertising totem of a height of 20m.

The construction of the facility is designed in the system of precast reinforced concrete elements in skeletal structural system footings, columns, main girders, secondary girders, of basic structural rater 15,0x18,0m; 17,0x18,0 m and 18,0x18m. The roof covering of the facility is layered roof made of trapezoidal steel sheet, thermal insulation and waterproofing membrane, dimensioned to meet all regulations of energy efficiency and resistance to fire. Drainage from the roof is gravity: horizontal drains, gutter PVC verticals related to storm sewer system that enters into the city storm sewers.

In addition to the construction of the facility, company Konstruktor performs works also on the regulation of external traffic on the surface of around 9.266,50m2. The transport system is designed in two independent parts - the front plateau with internal roads, parking space for about 100 cars, areas dedicated to pedestrian traffic, a square for assembly and break and final delivery traffic. Traffic areas have asphalt as a finishing, and behaton on a part of the surface.

On this project, Konstruktor is engaged as a general contractor, according to the "turnkey" contract, on the execution of all architectural-construction works, thermotechnical, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, interior finishing works, as well as all landscaping and traffic works of the complex.
