The company Konstruktor, according to the "turnkey" system has contracted the design and execution of a business-storage facility of the company Novo beogradsko knjižarsko (NBK), from Belgrade. Company NBK is a renowned Serbian company that successfully operates in the market of office, school, art, promotional and gallery material for almost 20 years. For the purposes of capacity expansion and market impact, company NBK decided to build a new office complex on the site in Stari Banovci.

 
On this project, Konstruktor is engaged as a general contractor, according to the "turnkey" contract, for design and build of all architectural-construction works, thermotechnical, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, interior finishing works, as well as all landscaping and traffic works of the object.
