After the successful realization of JTI 1 project in 2013, Konstruktor was once again entrusted with the development of a new extension of production plant in 2014. Priority in the realization was a short deadline for the performance of work with unobstructed functioning of existing production. By careful planning, relocation of the substation and compressor station was performed without a single day of interruption of the production process. 

On this project, Konstruktor is engaged as a general contractor, according to the "turnkey" contract, on the execution of all architectural-construction works, thermotechnical, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, interior finishing works, as well as all landscaping and traffic works of the complex.
