The office and warehouse facility comprises of 3 units, the management building, aluminum sections warehouse and aluminum structures production. The management building is of G+1 number of floors. 

On this project, Konstruktor is engaged as a general contractor, according to the "turnkey" contract, on the execution of all architectural-construction works, thermotechnical, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, interior finishing works, as well as all landscaping and traffic works of the complex, except the glass façade and alu-bond which the investor, as one of the biggest manufacturers in Serbia, installed himself.
