As a “turnkey” and “design and build” project, it has been agreed to carry out third-phase construction works on the industrial complex “Minth Automotive Europe” in Loznica (size: 47,000 m2).
This phase will be realized in a period of 12 months by the Konstruktor Group, the general contractor, whereas the said period of time includes designing, obtaining permits, and constructing facilities, as was the case with the previous phases.
The facilities are meant for business and production, and they consist of technical block 1 and technical block 3, with accompanying small ancillary buildings: a waste storage facility, a facility for the storage of flammable liquids, and a pumping station.

As a general contractor, according to the turnkey, design-build contract, Konstruktor is executing all architectural and construction works, the thermotechnical, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, the interior finishing and craft works, as well as all works on the ground floor of the complex.
