The construction of the new factory for the Canadian investor “Magna Seating” in Aleksinac has been completed.
The company “Magna Seating” is part of the global group “Magna” and it deals with the textile production of automotive upholstery.

The Konstruktor, as a general contractor, implemented this project in accordance with the “turnkey” system, by means of a design for construction and via the execution of all works. The size of the factory is 8,500 square meters with 17,000 square meters of exterior arrangement.

As a general contractor, under a “turnkey” contract, the Konstruktor executed all the architectural and construction works, thermotechnical, hydrotechnical and electrical installations, final craft works in the interior, as well as all the works needed for the arrangement of the ground floor of this complex.
