After a very successful construction of a modern business facility "Lidl" of 15000m2 in Stara Pazova, also after the successfully built retail space of the company "Lidl" in Vrsac, works were started on another “Lidl” retail facility in Obrenovac.
A new contract was signed, for the construction of a retail facility of company "Lidl" of 2550m2 with an external arrangement of 5000m2.
Structure of the building is skeletal made from prefabricated stone compositions. The roof is layered. It is consisted of trapezoidal sheet metal, PIR termoisolation, FPO membrane. The external structure of the building is contact facade with Alu bond canopy.
Premium materials were used on this building: Wiener Berger, Schuco, Bauder, Mapei, Marazzi, Philips…
The deadline for the construction of the complete facility is 6 months,
